Property Master Plan

Sometimes, its better to stay than to go. This service helps clients plan to develop their current property over time. We work together to ascertain future needs for the home, for example a place for aging parents to live, or a new primary wing to add privacy for adult children, and visualize and plan out these larger projects. Inside the home, we develop guiding furnishing documents, that develop a guiding vibe and style for interior design choices. Looking closely at the floor plan, we track future interior remodel projects, small adjustments that can provide more storage and additional functionality.

ADU Permit Sets + Interior Remodels

I  draft permit sets for additions, ADU’s, and other residential projects and facilitate the permit process, including coordinating with engineers, surveyors, and contractors. Depending on the client’s needs, I will prepare interior design direction, source samples and materials, and help cost compare products. We  brainstorm cost-effective solutions to get the interior you want within your budget. From kitchen refreshes to full ADU garage conversions, I happily help make your house a perfect home.
